Thiruvalluvar Tamil School was started in the year 1995 with 22 children, with the aim of providing high quality ethical based education. Today the school has 250 children, studying from LKG to 10th Standard. The school is approved by the Government of Puducherry.

Primary Education Through Mother Tongue :
Following the scientific view of the Educationists that teaching through one’s mother tongue will enhance one’s grasping and analytical power, this school provides education through mother tongue-Tamil. After having a thorough knowledge of mother tongue-Tamil, English is taught to the students in a more effective manner.
